We hope you love your Dalia Photo Props order. If you wish to return an item, please read the conditions below.

United States

For US customers, we voluntarily accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable federal and state law.

Please contact us before returning anything. Once your return has been approved and return instructions have been provided, the product must be shipped back within 14 days.

All return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by Dalia Photo Props. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Returned products must be in substantially the same condition as received. Products that have been used during a photography session, washed, stained, altered or damaged are not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return where permitted by law.

Personalised or individually customised products are final sale for change-of-mind purposes where permitted by applicable law.

European Union

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please contact us within this period before returning your order. After notifying us, the products must be sent back within the legally required period.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Poland. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

Products may only be handled to the extent necessary to inspect them. If an item has been used, washed, stained, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.

Personalised products or products made specifically to an individual customer's specifications cannot be returned where the law provides an exception to the right of withdrawal.

Statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

United Kingdom

UK customers generally have 14 days after receiving their order to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by the applicable legal period to return the goods.

Please contact us before sending your return.

Return shipping to Poland for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for such returns.

Products may be inspected, but excessive handling or use that reduces their value may result in an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Personalised or individually customised products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by UK law.

Other countries

For customers outside the USA, EU and UK, we accept eligible change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Poland. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country always take precedence over this policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please do not return a damaged, defective or incorrect product before receiving instructions from us.

Handmade products

Our products are handmade. Small differences in fabric texture, pattern placement, handmade finishing or colour appearance caused by lighting and different screens are natural and are not automatically considered defects.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Sale items

A discounted price does not remove any statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable law allows an item to be sold as final sale, this will be clearly stated before purchase.

How to make a return

Please contact us before sending any return and include your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.

Do not send a return to an address shown on the original shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the consumer law applicable to your purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
